2 CATEGORIES MASCULINE & FEMALE (RX & SCALED)

The league will be divided into masculine and feminine, and in turn there will be two levels:
Nivel Rx: The following requirements must be met:
-Bar Muscle Up
- Rope Climb
- DU
Nivel Scaled: Anyone who does not meet the above requirements or does not want to, will enter this category where everyone will be able to do it, but you will have some comfortable pesos so that all of you use the same weight.

2 TURNOS (MORNING & AFTERNOON) & 3 DAYS (19th JULY - 23rd AUGUST - 13th SEPTEMBER)

One day of each month (July, August, September) we will have an appointment to perform the Wods:
- JULY: DAY 19, time: In the morning from 12:00 to 13:30 and in the afternoon from 19:00 to 21:00
- AUGUST: DAY 23, time: In the morning from 12:00 to 13:30 and in the afternoon from 19:00 to 21:00
- SEPTEMBER: DAY 13, time: In the morning from 12:00 to 13:30 and in the afternoon from 19:00 to 21:00

PARTICIPATION € 20 WITH GIFT T-SHIRT

Participation 20 euros, where you will have:
- A personalized T-shirt with your name
- Food supplies
- Water
- A shake for each WOD
- A secret prize for the winner of each category at the end of the League. Very very interesting.

All members of Box Nerja can participate in the 2019 Summer League.

🔹2 categories (Scaled and Rx) Male and Female.

✔️Participation 20 euros, where you will have a personalized t-shirt, food supplies, water, a shake for each WOD, and a secret prize for the winner of each category at the end of the League. Very very interesting 😎🎁
📢 Maximum day to sign up: July 15. ⬅️

⚠️ League information:

-One day of each month (July, August, September) we will have an appointment to perform the Wods.
📌 List the following dates in the calendar:
JULY: DAY 19, time: In the morning from 12:00 to 13:30 and in the afternoon from 19:00 to 21:00
AUGUST: DAY 23, time: In the morning from 12:00 to 13:30 and in the afternoon from 19:00 to 21:00
SEPTEMBER: DAY 13, time: In the morning from 12:00 to 13:30 and in the afternoon from 19:00 to 21:00

MAKE THE BEST OF YOURSELF

-Each athlete must perform the wods on the established days and at the established time.

-The trainings will be surprises and the day of each wod will be known.

-We’ll have judges.

-Every athlete will warm up before the wods on their own.

-Prohibited atosicar to the Coachs asking what trainings are going to be.

-After each wods we will have a tapeo, or we order pizzas🍕 and beers 🍺and we celebrate those workouts in the Box. 😜

✔️ Requirements:
Rx: Bar MU – Rope Climb – DU
Sc: All you are going to be able to do it, but you will have some comfortable weights so that you all use the same weight.
